Refund Policy

1. Before Development Begins

Full refund of deposit within 14 days if no development work has started. Consumer withdrawal per D.lgs. 206/2005.

2. During Development

If the Client cancels during development, the deposit is non-refundable as it covers design and initial development work. The balance is not charged.

3. Quality Issues

If the delivered site does not match the approved design mockups and written specification, we fix it at no cost during the 60-day warranty. If we cannot fix it, we offer a partial refund proportional to the unresolved issues.

4. Maintenance Plans

Monthly maintenance plans can be cancelled with 30 days notice. No refund for the current month. Unused months are refunded in full.

5. Process

Refund requests to ciao@extremedevelop.com with project reference. Response within 2 business days. Refunds within 10 business days.
