Terms Of Service

1. Parties

ExtremeDevelop S.r.l. ("Developer"), Catania, Italy, and the client ("Client").

2. Services

WordPress development services delivered digitally: custom theme development, WooCommerce store setup, speed optimization, migration, maintenance, and plugin development.

3. Payment

EUR. IVA 22% for Italian clients. B2B EU reverse charge where applicable. Project payments: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion and approval. Maintenance plans: monthly billing.

4. Intellectual Property

Custom themes, plugins, and code created for the Client become Client property upon full payment. Third-party plugins and WordPress core remain under their respective GPL/open-source licenses. Design mockups in Figma transfer to Client upon full payment.

5. WordPress Licensing

WordPress is open-source software licensed under GPL v2. Custom themes and plugins we develop inherit the GPL license. This does not affect the Client ownership of the custom code.

6. Warranty

60-day warranty on all development work. Bug fixes at no cost. The warranty does not cover issues caused by Client modifications, third-party plugin updates, or WordPress core changes.

7. Hosting and Access

The Client is responsible for their own hosting. We will recommend suitable hosting providers. The Client must provide necessary access (FTP, SSH, WordPress admin) for development work.

8. Governing Law

Italian law. Courts of Catania. EU ODR.
